What’s your policy on  Returns & Exchanges?

Our return policy covers damaged or defective goods and is subject to inspection. If you change your mind about a purchase, you may only file a return prior to the completion of your order. Partial refunds will be issued in certain scenarios based on the reason of the product return.

How do I process a return?

To process your return, you must first check the eligibility of a return. Then you must contact our support team and ship the garment to the supplied return address. Upon receiving your return, we will then issue a refund minus any applicable administration fees.

What Shipping methods are available?

We provide domestic and international shipping to over 15 countries. Shipping times are highly dependent on country and customs clearance times. We also provide express and priority shipping to meet all your time constricted shopping requirements.

How long will it take to get my package?

Shipping times are highly dependant on the geo-location and country customs processing times. Generally we ship out packages within 24-48 hours after we finish completing your order. International orders should expect between 15-30 business days for delivery, plus or minus customs clearing times.

Do I have to sign for the package?

Generally in most cases you do not have to sign for the package as it fits in your mail box. Large orders will have to be signed for.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, purchasing online can be absolutely safe when doing your do diligence in keeping your information secure. Using protected payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe also lowers your risk online.

Does Gamer Exclusive ship overseas?

Yes we ship internationally to almost all countries. Refer to our shipping reference document for all country exceptions.

How long does it take to get the onesie customized?

Generally it takes between 10-24 days to get your order completed. This is the average time without any backlogs. Expect 15-30 days more if you receive an email about any potential backlogs or delays.

What materials do you use?

We use premium quality cotton and polyester to manufacture our apparel. The details are then embroidered with nylon, and heat pressed with vinyl to finish the apparel products.

Are you affiliated with Microsoft?

No, we are not affiliated or sponsored by Microsoft or Xbox in any way. We simply manufacture quality gaming apparel for console and entertainment enthusiasts alike.

I did not receive an invoice, what do I do?

Send us an email at [email protected] confirming your email address and order details. We will promptly forward you your invoice confirming your order details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER and other main payment gateways such as PAYPAL and STRIPE.

Can I make a payment in-store?

No, unfortunately we do not operate with a physical retail location so all purchases have to be made online via credit card, PayPal or Visa Debit where applicable.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

No, we do not offer payment via check or money order. As we operate on a per order basis, we start making your custom onesie once payment is received and to reduce the time required to fulfill orders, we only accept digital payments.

How do I place an order?

Simply navigate to our store and select products you want to purchase by adding them to your cart. Once completed, navigate to your cart to complete shipping and payment information.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Order cancellations and changes are only permitted prior to product shipment. Access your account by logging in to make  changes to your order, or visit the order tracking section.

Do I need an account to place an order??

Guest checkouts are permitted as we provide transaction ids. Registering though comes with its benefits including promotions and better order tracking control.

How Do I Track My Order??

In order to track your order, visit our order tracking section and simply enter in your transaction id. Alternatively, login to your account and navigate to your recent orders in the account section.
